PAYMENT POLICY
Accepted methods, timing, security, fees, and refunds

1. Accepted Payment Methods
The payment methods currently available through checkout are:
- Credit or debit card — Visa and American Express through our secure card processor
- Zelle — manual payment to the business recipient and verification using the order reference and payment confirmation
Only methods displayed as available at checkout can be used for an order. Available methods may change, and some methods may be limited by order value, location, risk review, or technical availability.
2. Currency, Prices, and Taxes
All prices and charges on the Site are stated and processed in U.S. dollars unless clearly indicated otherwise.
The order review shows the merchandise subtotal, discounts, shipping, optional Delivery Guarantee, applicable fees, taxes if required, and final total before submission. You are responsible for reviewing the total before authorizing payment.
3. Card Payments
When a card order is submitted, the payment provider may authorize and capture the amount shown in checkout. Your financial institution may place a temporary authorization hold even if the transaction is later declined or cancelled.
Card details are entered into the payment provider’s encrypted payment form. We do not store your full card number or security code on our servers.
The billing name, address, and other information must match the information associated with the payment method. A mismatch may cause a decline, verification request, or order hold.
4. Zelle Payments
A Zelle order is not considered paid when the order form is submitted. The exact order total must be sent to the Zelle recipient shown on the order page, with the order number included in the memo where possible.
The order remains on hold until our team confirms receipt. A screenshot assists verification but does not by itself prove that funds were received. Fulfillment begins only after verification.
The current checkout applies a 7% Zelle payment discount. The discount and exact amount due are displayed before the order is submitted. Do not send a different amount unless support has provided written instructions.
5. Fees and Discounts
Any payment-method discount, processing fee, promotion, or minimum-order requirement is disclosed in checkout before authorization. Under the current configuration, card payments have no added processing fee and Zelle receives the discount described above.
Your bank or payment provider may impose its own fees, currency-conversion charges, overdraft charges, or other account-level costs. Those charges are not collected or controlled by us.
6. Payment Verification and Failed Payments
We may use automated or manual checks to prevent fraud, verify authorization, and comply with payment-provider or legal requirements. We may request additional information, place an order on hold, limit payment methods, or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified.
If a payment is declined, confirm the billing information and contact the financial institution or try another method shown at checkout. Repeated attempts may trigger additional security controls.
An order is not reserved indefinitely while payment is incomplete. Inventory may become unavailable before a pending payment is confirmed.
7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Chargebacks
Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by our Return Policy. Approved card refunds are returned to the original card. For a payment method that cannot receive an automated refund, we will coordinate an appropriate refund method with the verified purchaser.
Refunds commonly take 5–10 business days to appear after issuance, depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
If you do not recognize a charge or believe there is a billing error, contact support@trustedaminos.com promptly so we can investigate. This does not limit your rights with your financial institution.
8. Payment Security
Payment providers maintain their own security and privacy practices. We use encrypted connections and limit access to transaction records, but no electronic payment system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We will never ask you to send a full card number, card security code, bank password, or one-time login code by email or ordinary support message.
