SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping charges, processing time, transit estimates, and delivery

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to valid delivery addresses within the United States, including destinations made available in checkout. We do not currently offer international shipping through the Site.

Some services may be unavailable for P.O. boxes, military addresses, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, or other carrier-designated remote locations. If a selected service is unavailable, we will contact you before changing the service or charge.

2. Order Processing and Handling Time

Orders are released for fulfillment after payment is confirmed and any required verification is complete. In-stock orders generally have a handling time of 0–1 business day. Same-business-day fulfillment is our goal, but is not guaranteed.

Orders placed or paid after the fulfillment cutoff, on weekends, or on carrier-observed holidays begin processing on the next business day. Zelle orders begin processing only after payment has been received and manually verified.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal and carrier-observed holidays.

3. Shipping Options and Charges

Shipping charges are flat rates based on the service selected; they do not vary by delivery address under the current checkout configuration. Available options are:

  • Free Express Shipping — $0 when the merchandise subtotal after any sitewide sale is at least $150.00; estimated carrier transit time is 2–3 business days
  • FedEx 2-Day — $15.00 flat rate; estimated carrier transit time is 2 business days
  • Flat Rate Overnight — $40.00 flat rate; estimated carrier transit time is 1–2 business days

The final available service, shipping charge, and current estimate are displayed before you submit the order. Promotional free-shipping offers may have separate eligibility terms.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time equals handling time plus carrier transit time. Based on our normal 0–1 business-day handling time, estimated order-to-delivery windows are:

  • Free Express Shipping — approximately 2–4 business days
  • FedEx 2-Day — approximately 2–3 business days
  • Flat Rate Overnight — approximately 1–3 business days

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. The carrier’s tracking estimate controls after pickup and may change because of destination, weather, peak periods, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, security reviews, or events outside our reasonable control.

5. Tracking

When a shipping label is created and the order is accepted by the carrier, we send tracking information to the email address associated with the order. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to begin showing movement.

A label-created scan does not necessarily mean the carrier has taken physical possession of the package. Carrier transit time begins after carrier acceptance.

6. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment, suite, unit, or other delivery details. Review the address carefully before submitting the order.

Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins and cannot reroute every shipment after carrier acceptance. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

7. Delivery Guarantee and Carrier Issues

An optional Delivery Guarantee is offered at checkout for 5% of the merchandise subtotal and is selected by default. It covers replacement or refund review when a shipment is lost, stolen, damaged, missing, or misdelivered in transit, subject to verification.

If Delivery Guarantee is declined, responsibility for carrier loss, theft, damage, or misdelivery passes to the customer when the carrier takes possession, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The customer must pursue the claim directly with the carrier.

Report a delivery problem promptly to support@trustedaminos.com with the order number, tracking number, description of the issue, and any relevant photos. Do not discard damaged packaging while a claim is being reviewed.

8. Delays and Split Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, government action, peak-volume periods, inaccurate addresses, or other events outside our reasonable control.

If an order is shipped in more than one package, you may receive separate tracking numbers and packages may arrive on different days. We will not add a shipping charge solely because we split an order for fulfillment.
