These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and WWBworks, doing business as Trusted Aminos (“we,” “our,” or “us”). They govern your access to https://trustedaminos.com, related services, and purchases made through the Site.

By visiting the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Site or purchase products.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorized to use the selected payment method, and that your purchase and intended use comply with applicable law.

Products sold by Trusted Aminos are intended solely for lawful laboratory research and development use. They are not for human or animal use and are not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical, veterinary, legal, or professional advice. Product information is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of any product comply with all laws, regulations, institutional rules, and safety requirements that apply to you.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, specifications, test information, pricing, and availability accurately. Colors, packaging, and other details may vary slightly from what appears on a screen.

We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, discontinue products, or change availability without prior notice. A product appearing on the Site does not guarantee that it is available for purchase.

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation only acknowledges receipt and does not mean that we have accepted the order.

All orders are subject to payment confirmation, product availability, address verification, and our acceptance. We may refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order for suspected fraud, inaccurate information, pricing or inventory errors, legal or compliance concerns, or violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will return the amount collected for the cancelled items to the original payment method, subject to normal processor timelines.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person, or use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trusted Aminos, WWBworks, and their owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Site, an order, or a product.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new Last Updated date. Changes apply prospectively from the date posted unless stated otherwise.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
